With panoramic views of Lac La Ronge on three sides and a little off-shore island blocking waves, this is one of the coolest spots on the lake! There are 2 docks on either side of the peninsula for boats, hosting friends, and swimming fun. The cabin is rustic with no running water, but it is wired with power via a generator. The entire property is extremely well maintained and has been lovingly cared for by the same family for over 50 years. There are decks surrounding the cabin for all day sun or shade, boardwalks connecting almost everything to each other, an outhouse, and a large, well-stocked tool shed. The cabin is fully insulated (walls, attic, and floors) and is heated with a wood stove in the living room, so you could come out for rustic winter adventures as well. It comes fully furnished and turn-key with 3 propane fridges, a propane oven, linens, dishes, etc. Located on a 50'x150' leased lot in the Lac La Ronge Provincial Park with a 20 year renewable lease with the Province of Saskatchewan.
